Mike Rivas has 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales, sales management, geographic information systems, operations, marketing, market access, and healthcare compliance.
Mike’s healthcare compliance experience includes investigations, policy and procedure development, U.S. and global compliance officer roles, governance review and development, program and field monitoring/ audits, risk assessments, transparency program development, and review of patient hub services and data strategy.
He also has experience in multiple therapeutic areas and has advised within oncology, pharma, and an internal start-up for a novel Cell & Gene therapy.
Mike’s strategic efforts have included operational planning, development and optimization, process improvement and management, change management, and co-promotion. He also has significant experience with data reporting, mapping, and program governance.
