Liz Prinzi, MPP
Liz Prinzi is a Director and has significant expertise in assessing the effectiveness of healthcare compliance programs to recommend and implement optimized organizational processes that enhance a company’s compliance with federal regulations and industry expectations. Liz has served as a project manager for several compliance program assessments, where she has analyzed current company practices and personnel and conducted benchmarking against industry standards to provide recommendations. This includes serving as a team of compliance expert advisors to the Board of Directors for a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Liz has deep knowledge of compliance program development, compliance policy, procedure and training creation, auditing and monitoring planning and execution, carrying out compliance and enterprise risk assessments and addressing anti-bribery / anti-corruption issues. In addition, Liz has acted as a project manager for several Independent Review Organizations (IROs) for pharmaceutical companies, performing both transaction reviews and system reviews to ensure an organization’s compliance with Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs). Liz also has been involved in the preparation of expert reports as part of litigation support on areas relating to Compliance Program Effectiveness and the False Claims Act.
