Dan offers expert guidance to pharmaceutical and medical device companies on the development, implementation, and assessment of compliance programs. He has a proven track record of building best-in-class compliance programs, assisting organizations in achieving positive business outcomes while navigating complex regulatory environments, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Over the last 13 years, Dan served as the Chief Compliance Officer of multiple life sciences companies. During this time, he managed multiple healthcare fraud investigations and negotiated and implemented numerous Corporate Integrity Agreements.
Dan holds a Juris Doctor (JD), magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University.
