Christine Longawa, CPA, CFE
Christine Longawa is a Director who leads the group’s monitorship service line. Christine has served as Independent Review Organization for some of the more complex reviews within the industry. In addition to the expertise Christine has in serving as and managing Independent Review Organizations and pre-Independent Review Organizations for numerous life sciences and healthcare organizations, she also assists clients with other corporate integrity agreement obligations related to training, monitoring, and reporting to the government.
Christine assists global pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, and healthcare clients in developing, analyzing, monitoring and auditing compliance programs. She conducts risk-based transactional and field force auditing and monitoring and compliance effectiveness reviews. Christine develops and implements written standards and training and provides internal investigations support.
Christine started her career in public accounting, specializing in life sciences and healthcare, where she audited financial statements and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
Christine is on the Associate Board for Youth Guidance, an organization that creates and implements school-based programs that allow at-risk youth to overcome obstacles and ultimately succeed in school and life.
